Consuming Shadows (Tales of Thornhill Series, Book 1 – White-Gold Edition) Expressz kézbesítés

After months of despair, eighteen-year-old Elodie Smith’s life changes overnight. She finds herself at her grandmother’s gloomy estate, hidden behind overgrown gardens and misty woods. Thornhill is nothing like the sort she has seen before. It’s captivating, yet inked with a creeping sense of dread.

Elodie’s arrival quickly arouses Thornhill’s mysteries, and they drive her to seek answers about her family’s buried past. However, the route she’s on is more dangerous than she expected, and when she suddenly finds herself on the threshold of death, to her surprise, it’s none other than the dreadful ward of her grandmother who comes to her rescue. The beautiful yet cold-hearted Preston Davenport—who seems to dislike her on sight—now has an offer Elodie might just have to accept.

As the two form an alliance to uncover the dark and sinister forces haunting the manor, they are promptly doomed to face their own secrets of the past…

And what they find there might just be the ruin of them both.
